Key responsibilities:

​

• Create user experience audits and heuristic evaluations

• Responsible for concept generation, modelling and design guidance

• Define site structures and generate task/process flows

• Generate user profiles and (test) scenario

• Sketch out and help define product concepts through flows, wireframes, interaction models, and prototypes that promote ease of use and optimise the user experience across multiple form factors

• Present concepts and progress to clients. Gain acceptance and iterate

• Strong facilitation and team skills

• Ability to build consensus within a large group of stakeholders  

• Deep understanding of front office and back office functions. Well versed with user research techniques

• Demonstrable experience of working in agile teams

Requirements & experience guidelines:

​

• Bachelor's degree or higher in design-related discipline

• Well versed in user-centered design methods and techniques

• Demonstrable knowledge of some of: Web/Systems applications, Information design, HCI, Adobe Creative Suite, Visio, Omnigraffle, sketching and any other industry standard software

• Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills

• Prior experience in User Interface design, application design a bonus
